Return
and Refund Policy
Any recipient receives a damaged or defective
product, please e-mail 9s2buy.com at enquiry@9s2buy.com
or call 9s2buy.com's customer service +6012
379 6035 / +6019 263 5005 during working hours
within 14 working days of delivery. Just mention
your order number and feedback describing the
actual product conditions. A return request will
be clocked and recorded for further
investigation and processing.
If 9s2buy.com grants and authorizes the return
of product, 9s2buy.com will e-mail you an
instruction for sending the returned product to
9s2buy.com or the respective authorized tenant
that have the right to receive the damaged or
defective product on behalf of 9s2buy.com.
Damaged/defective product must be returned
securely packaged and wrapped. 9s2buy.com will
not be responsible for the delivery cost of your
returned product. A handling & processing
fees of RM5 to be impose for each return or
refund. Kindly make the payment here (create
and add one items in 9s2buy.com shop). [this
is to ensure serious and honest feedback for any
return or refund proceedings]
After receiving the product and the handling
& processing fee, 9s2buy.com or the
respective authorized party shall examine and
test the defective product in accordance to the
feedback. If the defect described is found
valid, 9s2buy.com or the respective authorized
party will deliver a replacement. However, if
9s2buy.com is not able to provide a replacement
of the returned product for any reason,
9s2buy.com will refund the recipient by
instructing the credit card's bank, issuing
cheque to the recipient or arranging for
directly bank-in to respective bank account as
applicable. Cheque will be issued within 14 days
from the date of approval and sent via a
registered post.
Cancellation
Orders not paid within 7 days will be
automatically cancelled. Kindly contact
9s2buy.com immediately at
sales@9s2buy.com
for any cancellation of order. There will be a
cancellation fee of RM10 imposed on any
cancellation request for orders that have been
paid but had been processed. Orders cannot be
cancelled once delivered. You may however choose
to pursue for a Refund proceedings if so
desired. |
